Its digital decoder includes an advanced

comb filter and an auto-adapting delacing

scheme, resulting in a cinema-quality image

that has fewer scan lines and superior on-screen

motion. Gamma correction ensures an optimum

“near black” luma response.

You need the Multi-Input Video Scaler.

It combines the functions of a scaler and a

multiple-input video switch, so you can take

full advantage of your display’s resolution for

presentations. In addition, the scaler has 5-pin

MCO connectors for audio.

Its six video inputs can be used to connect

DVD players, satellite TV receivers, or any device

that uses NTSC, PAL, or SECAM decoding. It

then scales the input video for display on VGA,

XGA, or RGBS equipment. You can even display

a computer image. Simply connect your PC or

Mac to the scaler’s HD15 port.

environment, or as part of a home theater setup,

The high-performance Multi-Format

Video Scan Converter converts not only

PC video but also HDTV video to interlaced

NTSC/PAL and Component output.

It’s ideal for use in applications like

videoconferences, home theaters,

business presentations, and lecture rooms

where high-resolution PC or HDTV signals

need to be converted to interlaced Component,

Composite, or S-Video signals. NTSC and PAL

formats are supported.

The Multi-Format Video Scan Converter

supports high input refresh rates up to 140 Hz

(VGA) and has an aspect adjustment setting for

wide-screen HDTV sources, as well as adjustable

contrast, brightness, color, and sharpness, and

adjustable image scaling (pan, position, and

zoom).

Last state memory recall enables all settings

to be saved if the converter is turned off or

unplugged from the electrical outlet.
