I just mentioned PushMagic being sent during enrollment. So let’s talk

about enrollment.

The enrollment proﬁle, pushed from a server to the device, deﬁnes

some key items: The URLs needed to access the service, the topic

(User ID) for the Push Notiﬁcation certiﬁcate, a certiﬁcate to uniquely

identify the device, and rights the device offers to the MDM service.

Upon receipt of this proﬁle, the device then connects to the server and

authenticates, then provides the necessary tokens to the server.
