4. If both the Local Connection and Service

Connection status show ‘FAIL’ then:

Sky±HD box are powered and connected

correctly

•Pressthe

red button to reset the wireless

connection

•Ifonlytheserviceconnectionisshowing‘FAI L’,

check that your router is connected to a working

phone line with an active broadband account

•Ifyou’restillhavingproblems,goto
